Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.

Bulky Item orders including umbrellas will be charged a flat rate of $25 shipping.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days from the day after the order is placed - usually it is next business day.

International (Other)



- Orders are dispatched from Ballina, NSW, 2478 Australia, with a 11am AEST cut
off for same day shipping.

- If you require international express postage please email us your address for
a DHL Express World wide quote at hello@wanderingfolk.com


- Please note government customs fees incurred in your country are the
responsibility of the customer.

Australia & International

Wandering Folk offer refunds or credit notes, if the merchandise:

- Is returned within 30 days of order delivery 

- Was not purchased with sale price

- Has not been used

- Is not soiled or damaged 

- Has original swing tags & logo attached

Need to Exchange?

Contact our customer service team at care@wanderingfolk.com to request an exchange within fourteen (14) days. Please explain the reason for exchange and reference your order number. We aim to respond to your email within 24 hours on work days. Once exchange has been authorised by us, please return product within thirty (30) days of receiving your order and send email to us with your tracking number (and delivery address/phone number if different to first order). Packages received after this period or without email correspondence with us will not be accepted. We recommend returning items via a trackable method as Wandering Folk is not responsible or accountable for the loss of items being returned. 

Once we receive exchange goods and they prove to be in original condition with swing tags, we will process the exchange. Please note that Wandering Folk is not responsible for transit costs for returned items. These are at the customer's expense unless the item has a fault.

For International returns, we suggest looking into what return postage costs are to Australia as all return postage is covered by the customer unless the item has a fault.

Please note: shipping costs, sale items and gift-certificates are non-refundable.

Refund Fees

All refunds for non-faulty items will incur a 10% restocking fee to cover the non-refundable costs we are charged by our third-party warehouse and payment providers (including Shopify, PayPal, and Afterpay). However, if you choose to return your item for an exchange or a store credit, this 10% fee will be waived.
