Express Aus Post *$20.00  2-3 business days (12.30pm NSW cut-off for Sydney)
Express Courier (TNT or StarTrack) *$25.00  1-2 days (PO Box not accepted)

* Price increases $5 for heavier orders and decreases $5 for lighter.

Australia - Orders placed on our website are sent from our Byron Bay, NSW Australia showroom, with a 2pm NSW cut off for same day shipping.  All orders are sent via Australia Posts Regular Service unless Express is chosen, and takes 3-10 business days to arrive after dispatch. As we are located in a rural zone, express is not overnight and takes 2-3 business days. If you wish your order to arrive sooner please select Express Courier for orders within Australia only. These orders will be sent with Express Courier services like TNT or StarTrack, and take 1-2 business days to arrive after dispatch. Please note your order must be in before 10am NSW to get same day courier pick up.

International - Orders placed on our website are sent from our Byron Bay, NSW Australia showroom, with a 2pm NSW cut off for same day shipping. Choose your country from the drop down menu when purchasing your items to find out the cost. If you have a larger order please email us hello@wanderingfolk.com for a courier quote as heavier orders are sometimes better sent through a courier service rather than Aus Post. 

Changes to your delivery info - unfortunately you cannot update order details yourself once order has been placed. Please ensure all details in checkout are correct before submitting your order, in particular we recommend double checking your email address, phone number and most importantly - your delivery address. Please email us at hello@wanderingfolk.com immediately if you have made an error in checkout so we can ensure your order is sent to the right place/person.

FREE PICK UP

Shop and pay in our showroom with card facilities available. Or if shopping online use code LOCALFOLK at checkout to cancel your shipping fee.  Please email us at hello@wanderingfolk.com to arrange your pickup time Mon-Fri between 9:30am-4:00pm. Showroom location is 4A /11 Banksia Drive, Byron Bay Industrial, NSW.

PRE-ORDER

If you have purchased pre-order item/s it will ship immediately after their arrival to us, apologies we cannot give exact dispatch date until day before. You will receive tracking info via email once it dispatches. If you have ordered in-stock item/s with a pre-order item/s your whole order will ship with pre-order.

GIFT VOUCHER

If you have received a gift voucher please enter the unique code in the checkout. Another promo code can also be used with your gift voucher, but it must be entered and applied BEFORE the gift voucher. Gift vouchers cannot be returned and are valid for two (2) years from date of issue. 

DISCOUNT CODE

Only one code can be used at a time on full price items. Code must be applied at checkout before transaction processes. Name, address, phone number and email address is collected for shipping/tracking purposes only and we do not use your personal details for any other reason.  You can opt in to receiving our email newsletter at the bottom of our website homepage if you wish to keep up to date with our company news, product launches and specials.

PACKAGING

We send rugs and cooler bags out to you in plastic free Better Packaging Co biodegradable satchels. Let's put the Post into comPOST! If your order is too large for our satchels we'll recycle our boxes to ship your order.
