Australia - Orders placed on our website are sent from Byron Bay, NSW, 2481 Australia.  We offer same day shipping on work days, unless there is a public holiday. Order cut off is 1pm NSW for same day standard/express shipping and 10am NSW for Courier pick up.  All orders are sent via Australia Posts Regular Service unless Express is chosen, and takes 3-10 work days to arrive after dispatch. As we are located in Aus Post rural zone, express option is not overnight and takes 2-5 work days depending on your location from Byron Bay. If you wish your order to arrive sooner please select Express Courier option for orders within Australia only (No PO Box). These orders will be sent with an Express Courier services like TNT or StarTrack, and take 1-2 work days to arrive after dispatch. 

International - Orders placed on our website are sent from Byron Bay, NSW, 2481 Australia, with a 1pm NSW cut off for same day shipping. Choose your country from the drop down menu when purchasing your items to find out the cost. If you have a larger order please email us hello@wanderingfolk.com for a courier quote as heavier orders are sometimes better sent through a Courier service rather than Aus Post. Customs fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer. 

Changes to your delivery info - Please ensure all details in checkout are correct before submitting your order, in particular we recommend double checking your email address, phone number and most importantly - your delivery address. You cannot update order details online once order has processed so please email us hello@wanderingfolk.com immediately so we can update on our end for you. After customer feedback we suggest checking all your auto fill details are correct if you’re paying with digital wallet platforms like Shop Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Afterpay etc.

PRE-ORDERS

If you have purchased pre-order item/s it will ship immediately after its arrival to us. Apologies, we cannot give exact dispatch date until day before. You will receive tracking info via email once it dispatches. If you have ordered in-stock item/s with a pre-order item/s your whole order will ship with the pre-order item/s.

PROMO CODES

Only one promo code can be used at a time on full price items. Code must be applied at checkout before transaction processes. Due to seller fees we incur for refund transactions, we will not refund you the promo code amount after transaction has processed. GIFT VOUCHERS

If you have received a gift voucher please enter the unique code in the checkout. Another promo code can also be used with your gift voucher, but it must be entered and applied BEFORE the gift voucher to be accepted. Gift vouchers cannot be returned and are valid for two (2) years from date of issue. 

FREE PICK UP 

Shop and pay in our showroom, we have cash or card facilities available. If shopping online and picking up from showroom use code LOCALFOLK at checkout to void your shipping fee.  Please email us hello@wanderingfolk.com to arrange your pickup time Monday-Friday 9:30am-4:00pm. Showroom is located at 4A /11 Banksia Drive, Byron Bay Industrial, NSW, 2481, Australia.

PACKAGING

Rugs and cooler bags are sent in plastic-free Better Packaging Co biodegradable satchels. Let's put the Post into comPOST! If your order is too large for our satchels we'll recycle our boxes to ship your order. Glassware is sent in a cardboard box with bubble wrap, shredded kraft paper and recycled cardboard for extra protection.

PERSONAL DATA

Your name, address, phone number and email address is collected for shipping/tracking purposes only and we do not use your personal data for any other reason.  You can opt in to receiving our email newsletter at the bottom of our website homepage if you wish to keep up to date with our company news, product launches and promotions.
