Sales Administration Ecommerce & Wh­­olesale

Wandering Folk is a lifestyle brand that encourages you to explore and picnic in nature. We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, self-motivated, Sales and Ecommerce Administrator to join our team in Byron Bay.

You will be a high performer who is seeking an opportunity to join and contribute to a purpose lead brand whilst learning the ins and outs of wholesale sales, Ecommerce sales and working closely with our 3PL warehouse. We are searching for someone that shares Wandering Folk’s mission of creating high quality goods that are tasteful yet practical, while caring for our community and planet. 


Responsibilities and Duties

Managing the day-to-day running of our Shopify store

Managing Byron Bay showroom sales and stock levels

Managing/releasing online and wholesale orders to our 3PL

Liaison with wholesale agents regularly

Returns processing through our system & with our 3PL

General office admin



  • Demonstrated experience (1-2 years) in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in managing e commerce site Shopify.
  • Strong administration skills. Experience in Excel and Xero.
  • Passion for creating relationships with our wholesale accounts
  • Experience in wholesale/sales administration
  • Ideally experience in Dear inventory system
  • Experience in retail, managing sales in our showroom
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team as well as independently 
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail
  • A friendly and professional attitude
  • Values in working towards a more sustainable future 


This role is a maternity leave cover position for a duration of 11months

4 or 5 days per week.

Located in Byron Bay.
