Important Info

Where are our rugs made?

Our rugs are made in China, in a factory that we have been working with for the past 6 years. Wandering Folk owner Sharnee has visited the factory several times, we have a close relationship with the workers in this factory and all of their working conditions are up to standard. The workers are paid their fair wage and are in a healthy working environment.

Why China?

The production in China was chosen as they are the experts of digital printing! Other options were considered in the beginning of Wandering Folk (Australia, India etc) but China proved to be the most sustainable and effective way to produce our product. Digital printing uses the least amount of water to get to the high quality end result we require, all of our rugs are printed to exact size so there is zero fabric wastage when creating our rugs.
