    Announcement for WA: Effective Monday 28th November, the Western Australian Government has declared an emergency ‘force majeure’ event for the entire state which has resulted in their decision to introduce a temporary levy across all Australia Post and StarTrack services of 40% (ex GST). Due to this beyond our control we have adjusted our shipping options for WA.





    Delivery times are estimates and vary depending on your location from Ballina, NSW, 2478.

    Ballina is classed as a rural zone so their Express option is NOT overnight and takes 2-5 work days, depending on your location.




    Orders placed on our website are sent from Ballina, NSW, 2478 Australia. We offer same day shipping on work days, unless there is a public holiday or we are having a sale period in which we will require an extra day. Order cut off is 1:00pm NSW for same day standard/express shipping. All orders are sent via Australia Posts Standard Service unless Express is chosen and takes 3-10 work days to arrive. If you need your order sooner please select Express Courier option for orders within Australia only (No WA or PO Box accepted). These orders will be sent with an Express Courier service like TNT or StarTrack and take 1-2 work days to arrive after dispatch. 




    Orders placed on our website are dispatched from Ballina, NSW, 2478 Australia, with a 12pm AEST cut off for same day shipping. Choose your country from the drop down menu when purchasing your items to find out the cost. If you require international express postage please email us your address for a DHL Express World wide quote. Please note government customs fees incurred in your country are the responsibility of the customer. 


    Changes to your delivery info:


    Please ensure all details in checkout are correct before submitting your order, in particular we recommend double checking your email address, phone number and most importantly your delivery address. You cannot update order details online once order has processed so please email us immediately so we can update it for you.


    If parcel is returned to us due to incorrect delivery address provided to us the customer is liable for the re-shipment fee.


    After customer feedback, we also suggest checking all your auto fill details are correct if you’re paying with digital wallet platforms like Shop Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Afterpay etc as they can sometimes load incorrect/old address details without you noticing.


    FREE pick up:


    Simply select 'PICK UP' as your delivery method in checkout. Order can be ready the following business day (9am-4pm Mon-Fri). Please bring your order confirmation email with you. Showroom is located at 4A /11 Banksia Drive, Byron Bay Arts & Industry Park, NSW, 2481 with on street parking.




    If you have purchased a pre-order item/s it will ship immediately after arrival to us. If you have ordered in-stock item/s with a pre-order item/s your whole order will ship with the pre-order item/s. Please email us to arrange separate shipping if you would like one item to arrive straight away with an extra shipping charge. We cannot give exact dispatch date for pre-orders until days before their arrival to us as our shipments can experience delays out of our control, but we will do our best to keep our customers updated on our website, email newsletter and social media. You will receive tracking info to the email you ordered with once it dispatches to you.




    Picnic rugs and cooler bags are sent in plastic-free biodegradable satchels. Let's put the Post into comPOST! If your order is too large for our satchels (4+ rugs or glassware with rugs/cushions/coolers) we'll recycle our boxes to package your order. Glassware is sent in a cardboard box with bubble wrap, shredded kraft paper and recycled cardboard for extra protection.
