Sending postcards from paradise, she chases nirvana to sparkling turquoise waters. Every day is spent under swaying palm trees until a beautiful rose pink sunset arrives. With a mermaid soul and salty hair, she represents Nirvana Rosa - the calm you feel as the sun dips below the horizon in the tropics.
A collaboration between the boutique Byron Bay brand Wandering Folk and the Australian holiday wear fashion label Tigerlily, it was curated for the beach lover and daydreamer.
Each piece is part of a whole, a wardrobe for tropical days spent under the warm sun. From itsy bitsy bikinis, to easy-to-wear sarongs, and a luxurious picnic rug, with Nirvana Rosa every day becomes the perfect beach day.
Handpainted by the artist Sharnee Thorpe of Wandering Folk, the print itself is inspired by the vibrant rhythms of Cuba, and the vivid beauty of exotic landscapes. Sharnee also pulled motifs from the ornate flowing lines of vintage story book covers and patterned textures of old buildings. In the colour palette you’ll find a wonderland of pale coral pinks, azure blues and rich fuchsia. The shades were extracted from exotic fruits, rainbow winged butterflies and faded old tapestries.
Our intention with this collection is to inspire you to savor the gift of time. We invite you to join us by the edge of the ocean, cocktail in hand, watching the setting sun on a hand painted rug. Nirvana Rosa is yours.
